This proud member of First Team Real Estate and First Team Estates - Luxury Portfolio®, the ultra–luxury properties division of the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World™, and Christie’s International Real Estate, Sandro has focused on developing one of the most sophisticated and comprehensive market analysis systems used to price your home to sell, while developing exceptional marketing and negotiating skills. His strong communication qualities has earned him the reputation of being one of the leading real estate agents in Orange County building strong relationships with his clients, financial institutions and real estate professionals.
In addition to his real estate business, Sandro has been actively involved in key leadership, and sales development programs, within the First Team family of companies, and was the co-creator, and host, of Extraordinary Achievements from Ordinary People, a webinar series that looks at the lives of top producing professionals and explores their journey to success.
A 25-year sales, marketing and management career that began in the financial services industry, Sandro spent several successful years as an Investment Advisor for some of the most prestigious Wall Street firms. He was later asked to take his talents abroad to spearhead the marketing and sales teams for his family’s business, the largest privately owned vertically integrated international poultry company in Bolivia, South America, before returning to Orange County.
Sandro’s local roots are cemented firmly having grown up in Villa Park and received a world-class education from the prestigious college preparatory school of Servite High School, known best for its formation of faith-filled leaders. He later earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in International Business and an Executive MBA from the prestigious George L. Argyros School of Business & Economics at Chapman University.
The proud father of two, his eldest son graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Psychology and Communications, and a minor in Marketing. He currently works in software sales, while his daughter works as a sales consultant for a Fortune 500 company. His kids are his pride and joy, and he hopes that one day they will join him and create a family business of their own.
In his spare time Sandro enjoys traveling, exercising, golf, soccer, movies, concerts, reading, photography and spending time with family, and friends.
