Ezra Silva - Real Estate Agent
The first thing you notice about Ezra Silva is his wonderful smile, and genuinely positive attitude! Ezra is the kind of person who doesn’t let the grass grow under his feet, and it comes as no surprise to those who know him that he is usually two steps ahead of everyone else.
He has been licensed since 2002, and he earned his Brokers license in 2014. He loves to help his clients’ succeed in their residential real estate goals – whether it’s finding the perfect house to call home, selling their house quickly and for the best market price, or helping his clients find an investment property for future income.
Ezra looks out for his clients, and his focus is always on the quality of care he gives, rather than the quantity of clients he serves. It’s one of the many reasons why his clients refer him to their families and friends, and why attorneys and judges are always quick to refer his services.
Understanding that time is of the essence – especially in Southern California’s challenging real estate market, Ezra is always responsive and quick to return calls or follow-up on a situation. His background includes a BA in Business and experience serving as an REO asset manager working with REO’s and government entities such as Fannie Mae. He is pro-active and has a philosophy of caring when helping clients through the sometimes stressful and emotional aspects of buying and selling real estate.
As a member of First Team Real Estate and its affiliate Christies’ International, Ezra is adept at working with global clients who are attracted to Southern California’s luxury market and trophy properties. His personal travel includes trips to the U.K., France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Mexico and the Caribbean; and he has acquired a unique understanding of the culture and ethos of international buyers.
A native of Southern California, Ezra was born in Los Angeles and raised in Santa Barbara. He speaks fluent Spanish and currently calls Tustin Ranch home. He’s never too busy to help others, and volunteers for the Humane Society, and the Special Olympics, often helping his brother who has Down Syndrome. Other interests include a love of music with a particular appreciation of classical music, international travel, and finding new places to indulge his foodie passions!
